Graphic Design Office by Elding Oscarson

A wall stacked entirely of magazines!! How crazy is that? I particularly like this application being that it is so fitting for the space, an interior of a graphic design office. On the other hand, seeing this wall does nothing for my need to hoard magazines.....

Fabric Wraps

Being a fan of paper, wrapping gift is one of my favorite things to do. A beautifully wrapped gift says a lot and means a lot, but I'm always looking for ways to use alternative materials for wrapping to be more creative...
These fabric wraps from Chewing the Cud are the prefect example, and so cute too right?

Caldrea for Target

Oh how I love shopping at my local Target, they have everything and anything you could possibly want (well maybe not everything...) but that's a whole other blog entry. Lately, I've been eyeing the Caldrea cleaning products. I hear great things about it and like how well is cleans and that the smell is amazing. I'll just have to get it and see for myself. I am so loving the packaging...

Dry Bar: A Blowout Bar

For some, this concept may sound a little baffling...I know at first I was kind of like "what?? no cut, no color, just blow dry?? really???" But if you really think about it, it's quite brilliant. I've always been a firm believer that if you do something, even something simple yet fantastically well, the work will speak for itself. Obviously this proves to be the case for Alli Webb of Dry Bar because since her first opening in the Brentwood location, business was booming and there seems to be a demand for more Dry Bars. Alli is in the works of opening up 2 more locations; West Hollywood and Studio City (opening Sept. 15th). And what a lovely interior, check out that blow dryer pendant...so funky yet oh so appropriate. For $35.00, this makes for this perfect gift (for those hair enthusiasts that is, I know they're out there).

Suzanne Kasler's Studio

Isn't this the dreamiest office space? If I worked in a space like this, I don't think I'll ever leave....

Orla Kiely Perfume

Orla Kiely can do no wrong in my book, her aesthetic is a great balance between vintage yet modern. Now she has a perfume line; I have yet to try it but the packaging alone is reason enough to get it don't you think?

Lucas Allen Photography

I love this photograph by Lucas Allen, it makes me think that regardless of how hectic/bad our days gets, we should find time to relax and enjoy the simple things in life like a croissant and a cup of coffee.

On a side note, I want that handbag!!

Steve Hermann Design

When looking at Steve Hermann's projects, he is truly the epitome of what I define as modern design. I absolutely adore his work and his keen eye to details. My praise can go on and on but what made me blog about him is his latest project, a 5 bedroom home in Montecito, CA. This glass haven is truly a feast for the eyes. It is currently listed for $35 million (ahh, the life of a millionaire).
